Setting for 3-5 octave handbell choir and optional 3 octaves of handchimes.  Level 3.  COVENTRY CAROL and VENI, VENI, EMMANUEL.  The hauntingly-beautiful Coventry Carol is given a gorgeous setting by Keith Burt.  Paired with “O Come, O Come Emmanuel,” both tunes take on new vitality and meaning.  Very few techniques are needed, though the singing bell technique is used to great effect at key points in the piece.
