Description

The words of Pamela Martin lead us through three scenes centered around the Upper Room. In the first scene, we find the Savior washing the disciples' feet and serving them the meal that foreshadows the cross. In the second scene, we gaze from the Upper Room as He pleaded with the Father in Gethsemane and as we see Him "lifted high" on Golgatha's hill. The final scene reveals a table set in heaven where one day we will dine with Him face to face. This intensely personal anthem ends with an a cappella rendition of My Jesus, I Love Thee in which you can choose the first verse, which emphasizes repentance, or the fourth verse, which refers to "heaven so bright".
